We specialize in custom turned, machined and cold forged components as well as fasteners. In addition, Daking can manage sub-assemblies and assemblies from outsource partners and/or customer suppliers. Daking currently supplies globally including North America, South America, East and Western Europe.

Our team of engineers and designers use the latest parametric CAD software. We can produce drawings using CAD, Pro/E, Solidworks and other softwares, allowing you to utilise your own 3D designs directly during production if desired. The entire design process is managed using PDM systems, which ensures design continuity and engineering accuracy.
Throughout the process, our expert engineers provide a high level of design support.

Quality Assurance
Daking currently uses Incoming Quality Control (IQC), First Article Inspection (FAI), In Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC) and Out Going Quality Control (OQC) to ensure robust process control across manufacturing. We have a full mechanical testing facility, including trace element identification (ICP-0ES), plate thickness testing, tensile strength grade testing and environmental testing (Neutral Salt Spray Chamber).
Manufacturing of Other Materials
For parts outside of our own manufacturing limitations, we collaborate with a handful of Chinese manufacturing companies and utilise some of their machinery. All outsourced work is managed by Daking, which guarantees quality and a single source supplier contact. Please see our custom components for more information.
